Fitness

Fitness is an important part of becoming an excellent physician.  Why?  When we are strong and when we are fit, we are better able to handle and manage the situations that life throws our way?  Have you ever had to pick a patient up off the floor?  Or do you want to be able to run around and play with your kids?  Exercise our minds in medicine with CME so that we can be prepared for the next patient.  Through fitness, we can exercise our bodies so that we can be fit to tackle today.
